INDIO, CA — Yesterday, Assemblyman Jeff Gonzalez officially kicked off his 2026 reelection campaign at his campaign headquarters in the City of Indio. NBC Palm Springs covered the event, where local leaders, community stakeholders, and supporters gathered to rally behind Gonzalez and his campaign to continue representing the 36th Assembly District in Sacramento.
Since taking office, Gonzalez has built a coalition of Republicans, Democrats, and No Party Preference voters united by a shared commitment to put people over politics. As he begins his campaign for a second term, Gonzalez is focused on continuing to bring the voices and priorities of the communities he represents to Sacramento.
