Assemblyman Jeff Gonzalez Advances to General Election

INDIO, CA — Assemblyman Jeff Gonzalez (R—Indio) has advanced to the November General Election following the June 2, 2026 Primary Election.

While we are proud to advance to the General Election, the real work continues. I remain committed to fighting for veterans, the disability community, rural communities, and hardworking Californians across the 36th District. Gonzalez, a 21-year Marine Corps combat veteran and the only veteran currently serving in the California State Assembly, was first elected in 2024 and represents communities stretching from Indio to Blythe, Needles to Anza, and throughout Imperial County.
